This week we're diving into creating vs. criticizing. Accountability is essential in every relationship, organization and aspect of life, but you can't hold someone accountable if you're not in relationship with them. Telling someone what they're doing wrong without the relationship is criticizing, and we're called to correct those we're in relationship with, not criticize. With a world that's polarized on almost every topic, we are called to fight for healthy accountability and correction, but never to criticize.

When someone opposes your view or idea, how do you respond? Do you find yourself looking for approval and acceptance over growing through feedback? In today's episode, we're talking about opposition or wrestling. Society today says opposition is negative, but just like Jacob wrestled with God, the Bible says that opposition is actually a positive thing. It's through opposition that we grow and step into who God is calling us to be.

In today's episode we're diving into the wisdom we've gained as we hit 40 years old and how to walk through difficult situations with people better. When someone goes through trauma, loss, or is experiencing grief, the last thing they need is for you to tell them what they should do. Our approach should be to grieve and sit with them, but when the time is right, offer steps out of the pain.

Why are you a Christian? It's a question all believers should be ready to answer, but not one we all have an answer to. In today's episode, Pastor Justin Dailey and Pastor Tyler Althof share their experiences with God that built their faith and gave them an unwavering confidence that God is real.
God is never afraid of your questions, but once you have a tangible experience with God, you won't question if He's real. Just like your relationship with a friend versus a family member is different, everyone's relationship with God is different. Everyone will connect with and experience God differently, but a true experience with God will leave you with certainty that He is real. If you feel unsure if God is real, a simple step to grow in your faith is to invite God into every area of your life and see how He begins to move.
